30 years in the computer business!
I have a long and varied work  history; I put all the experience to  good use in my present work so it  allows me to trace problems and  fix faults that other people might  abandon.  I enjoy troubleshooting  and don't like to let problems get  the better of me.  This experience working with  computers means that I've often  seen a problem before – what  seems like an impossible situation  to my client might in fact be  relatively straightforward to fix.    My IT background is also a  significant asset when supporting  clients working with their everyday  IT tasks as the chances are that  I've done it, seen it or heard of it  somewhere in the past! In relation to website design, I  have had plenty of exposure to  various business situations in the  past and this knowledge comes in  very useful when advising clients  about their website projects,  computerising their business  processes and making use of the  internet.
